Will my products be delivered to my location?
Home Box provides free delivery and installation, subject to the total value of the purchases in-store. Please contact your local Home Box store to find out whether free delivery and assembly is available for you.
Can you deliver my products outside the UAE?
No, at the moment we don’t deliver furniture internationally, but we can deliver your purchases to a cargo location if you’ve booked one.
Can I select a delivery time?
You can let our staff know when you'll be available to receive your products, and they will be able to assist you. If you want to change the time or postpone the delivery, contact us 24 hours before the delivery. Postponed deliveries will be rescheduled to the next available date.
Are there any charges for home delivery?
Home Box deliveries depend on the total value of your purchases in-store. Please contact your local Home Box store to find out whether a free delivery and installation is available for you.
Am I paying the best price for a product?
We guarantee our Everyday Competition prices. If you find a lower everyday price on an identical product at a local retail competitor within 2 days of purchase, just bring us the competitor’s current advertisement. We will match their price and give you a gift voucher for the difference (claims need to be settled within 7 days of purchase from us). Our price guarantee does not apply to installation labour, to the competitor’s close-out, special order, discontinued, clearance, liquidation or to damaged products
These are the details of our price match guarantee:
- The product must be identical with the identical brand name, size, weight, colour, quantity and model number.
- Limit of one competitor price match per identical product, per guest.
- Price must be valid at the time the price match is requested.
- Retail price must be shown on the website or current print ad.
- Online prices will be validated by a Home Box team member.
- Competitor online items must be in stock at the time a price match is requested.
- On products that require delivery, we'll take delivery charges into account when comparing prices.
- Competitor catalogues can be matched as long as the catalogue displays a current date, retail price and meets all other competitor advertisement match qualifications.
- If the product is not available in a Home Box store, a repeat check will not be done to match the online price or competitor’s print ad.
- We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the product.
- In case of any ambiguity in terms of ascertaining the eligibility of the gift voucher arising due to price difference, Home Box brand reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any point of time.
- Competitor means only UAE based ongoing commercial operations.
- Prices that only display on a website after guests log in.
- Clearance, closeout, damaged product, used, refurbished, open packages or liquidation sales.
- Prices advertised only as a percent off or dollar off.
- Paid membership club or paid loyalty programs (e.g. prices that require a club or loyalty card that is associated with a membership fee).
- Buy one, get one if the retail price is not shown in the advertisement, competitor receipt is required.
- Competitor price matches on items where Home Box or the competitor is offering a free gift card.
- Mail-in offers or instant rebates.
- Offers that include financing.
- Free product where no qualifying purchase is required.
- Bundled offers and special purchases.
- Items advertised as limited time/limited supply/limited quantity.
- Pricing or typographical errors.
What if a competitor is offering a bundle of products either at a discounted price or with a free product?
We'll match the total price for the bundle of products on a case-by-case basis, if the price of the bundle is publicly available to all customers, and the products in the competitor's bundle are identical to products we sell, including any free items.
What qualifies as a proof of price?
For printed ads: please show us the entire printed advertisement. Photos, photocopies, or mobile phone versions of the advertisement cannot be accepted as verification of a competitor’s printed advertisement.
For online prices: please show us a printout from a qualifying competitor’s website. A Home Box team member will then verify them internally.

What is the warranty offered?
Home Box offers a 2-year warranty on select furniture.
What is the Home Box Limited Warranty?
Home Box will repair or replace any product with a manufacturing or materials fault for the duration of the Limited Warranty period. The Limited Warranty only applies to products that are used for normal domestic purposes and excludes products used for commercial purposes. The Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. The Limited Warranty is not applicable on the items that has been moved from the original delivery location.
What is the Limited Warranty period?
The duration of the Limited Warranty varies for different products, as detailed below. Each period starts from the date of purchase.
3-6 years' Limited Warranty (depending on Model: iDeal, iDream)
This limited warranty covers defects in material and workmanship in the following components of the mattresses and/or bed bases:
- Springs in spring mattresses
- Foam core in foam mattresses
This Limited Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship in the following components:
- Base linen/supporting fabrics
The Limited Warranty does not apply to:
- Fixed leather covers
- Fixed fabric covers
- Removable fabric covers sold separately
- Cushions sold separately
How do I make a claim?
If your product is defective, you can make a claim by contacting your nearest Home Box store or by calling Customer Service on 800 HOMEBOX (4663269).
You will need to provide proof of purchase, usually your receipt, as part of your claim.
What will be done to correct the issue?
Home Box may need to examine the product to determine if the defect is covered by the Limited Warranty. If it is covered, Home Box will, at its discretion, either repair the product or replace it with the same or a comparable product at no cost.

Gift Vouchers can be purchased and used across all our stores, to choose from a wide range of gift solutions across furniture, furnishings, décor and more. Home Box Gift Vouchers come in denominations of AED 50, AED 100 and AED 200 and are valid during sale and promotion periods as well. Please contact your nearest store to buy these.
