The Terms & Conditions are as follows:

- Vouchers will be issued on purchases of AED 250 and above. You will receive vouchers in multiples of AED 250 from AED 250  onwards, depending on your spend. For e.g If you spend AED 750, you will receive 3 vouchers of AED 250 each.

- Vouchers will be sent via email on your registered email ID, after the delivery of the products.

- Vouchers will be issued from 9^th January, 2020 – 1^st Feb, 2020

- Vouchers can be redeemed from 2^nd Feb , 2020 - 12^th Feb, 2020 

- The voucher is redeemable on your next purchase online. If you have a voucher for AED 250, then you must shop for AED 700 to redeem it.

- A single voucher can be redeemed against a single invoice.

- The voucher will be applicable on homeboxstores.com as well as on the Home Box mobile app. 

- The voucher is redeemable only on regular products and is not valid during sale periods and on promotion items.

- The voucher cannot be redeemed on delivery charges.

- The voucher cannot be redeemed on mattresses, promotional items & discounted products.

- All vouchers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offer or promotion.

- The voucher can’t be redeemed either in part or for cash.

- Shukran will apply as per the existing policy.

- If you cancel or return the order, the voucher will also be cancelled. The amount redeemed with the voucher will be deducted from the initial amount paid.

- The holder of the voucher will be considered as the beneficiary and no duplicate voucher code will be issued, if the voucher is lost or misplaced

- The voucher cannot be redeemed before the specified date or after the date mentioned, and cannot be renewed either.

- Any dispute or difference arising shall be subject to sole jurisdiction of courts in United Arab Emirates.

- Items purchased against the voucher cannot be exchanged/refunded or returned.
