Vouchers will be issued on purchases of AED 500 and above. You will receive vouchers in multiples of AED 250 from AED 500 onwards, depending on the invoice amount. For eg: if you spend AED 500, you will receive 1 voucher of AED 250

- Vouchers will be sent via email on your registered email ID, after the delivery of the products.

- Vouchers must be redeemed on next purchases, when you spend double or more of the voucher amount online. For example, if you have a voucher for AED 250, then you must shop for AED 500 to redeem it.

- Vouchers will be issued on any product you shop.

- Vouchers will be issued from Nov 7th to Nov 23, 2019

- Vouchers can be redeemed only from 12th December to 14th December 2019

- The voucher is redeemable on your next purchase on HomeBoxStores.com as well as on the Home Box mobile app.

- Only 1 voucher can be redeemed in a single transaction.

- The voucher is redeemable only on regular products and is not valid during sale periods and on promotional items.

- The voucher cannot be redeemed on delivery charges.

- The voucher cannot be redeemed on mattresses, promotional items & discounted products.

- All vouchers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offer or promotion.

- The voucher can’t be redeemed either in part or for cash.

- Shukrans will apply as per the existing policy.

- If you cancel or return the order, the voucher will also be cancelled. The amount redeemed with the voucher will be deducted from the initial amount paid.

- The holder of the voucher will be considered as the beneficiary and no duplicate voucher code will be issued, if the voucher is lost or misplaced

- The voucher cannot be redeemed before the specified date or after the date mentioned, and cannot be renewed either.

- Items purchased against the voucher cannot be exchanged/refunded or returned.

- Any dispute or differences arising shall be subject to sole jurisdiction of courts in the UAE.
