The Terms & Conditions are as follows:
- Vouchers will be issued on purchases of AED 500 and above. You will receive vouchers in multiples of AED 500 from AED 500 onwards, depending on your spend.
- Vouchers will be divided 50%-50% (50% online vouchers and 50% offline voucher).
- Issuance: Example :- Vouchers for AED 500 will be divided into AED 250 for online AED 250 for offline.
- Vouchers will be sent via email on your registered email ID, after the delivery of the products.
- Vouchers will be issued on 15th July & 16th July.
- Vouchers can be redeemed from 4th Aug - 31st Aug
- The voucher is redeemable on your next purchase, when you spend double or more of the voucher amount in store or online.
For example, if you have a voucher for AED 250 (offline or online), then you must shop for AED 500 to redeem each AED 250 Voucher.
- Single voucher can be redeemed against single invoice.
- The online voucher will be applicable on homeboxstores.com as well as on the Home Box mobile app. The offline voucher will be applicable on Home Box retail outlets in the UAE only.
- Online and offline vouchers are not interchangeable.
- The voucher is redeemable only on regular products and is not valid during sale periods and on promotion items.
- The Voucher cannot be redeemed on delivery charges.
- The Voucher cannot be redeemed on mattresses, promotional items & discounted products.
- All vouchers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offer or promotion.
- The voucher can’t be redeemed either in part or for cash.
- Shukran will apply as per the existing policy.
- If you cancel or return the order, the voucher will also be cancelled. The amount redeemed with the voucher will be deducted from the initial amount paid.
- The holder of the voucher will be considered as the beneficiary and no duplicate voucher code will be issued, if the voucher is lost or misplaced
- The voucher cannot be redeemed before the specified date or after the date mentioned, and cannot be renewed either.
- Any dispute or difference arising shall be subject to sole jurisdiction of courts in United Arab Emirates.
- Items purchased against the voucher cannot be exchanged/refunded or returned.
