- Eligibility: This service is available only with the purchase of a new mattress from Home Box, made through our website or retail stores.
- Requesting the Service: To avail of the mattress removal service, please contact our customer care team (800-HOMEBOX) with your Home Box mattress order details.
- Service Coverage: Mattress removal is subject to the availability of our service provider in your location. We do not guarantee coverage in all areas.
- Customer Coordination: Once eligibility is confirmed, our customer care team will share the contact details of our third-party service provider. It is the customer's responsibility to directly co-ordinate the pickup schedule with the service provider.
- Condition of Mattress: The old mattress must be in a reasonably hygienic condition for removal. Soiled or infested mattresses may be refused by the service provider.
- No Liability: Home Box is not responsible for any delays, damages, or service issues arising during or after the mattress removal process, which is carried out by a third-party provider.
- Timing: Mattress removal will not occur at the time of delivery of your new mattress. Scheduling is separate and subject to availability with the service provider.
- No Installation or Disassembly: The service provider will only collect the old mattress. They are not responsible for dismantling bed frames or other furniture.
- Service Validity: The free mattress removal service must be requested within 7 days of delivery of your new Home Box mattress.
